Upta camp

Last weekend was another 'camp' weekend for us. This time the weather was great so there was lots of jumping off of the dock and water activities. Still no s'mores as this time, it was too hot to have a fire and so instead Uncle Frank took the kids on a boatride to get ice cream after dinner.

Hannah and her cousin Owen played so well together! They really do just have a great time! They loved to jump off the dock (and literally did it for hours).

Joe's Nana was there too! And as for me, I got some quiet reading time in....aaawww...so nice!

Addie was my little mother's helper all weekend. She loved helping me with Emme and was really so sweet with her. She would sit holding Emme in the tent for me so that Emme would stay out of the sun.

Thumbs up before going tubing. Last year was her first year trying and they went out of the cove where it is a bit bumpier (which she still remembers) so we were glad when she wanted to try it again (making sure to stay in the cove of course).

Wait...where's Dadddy? Poor Hannah, Daddy fell off when he was trying to readjust his weight in the tube and she was left all alone on the tube. She had to stay on while we swung the boat around to pick up Joe (well, for him to get back on the tube). It was very traumatizing (and so what do I do? Take a picture I guess. What a nice mommy).

After Joe and Hannah made it safely back to shore, Owen got on a took a slow ride while we brought the boat back to the dock. Such a brave little guy!

Owen and Frank also went tubing and then Addie tried water skiing and got up for her first time. A very exciting adventure! Such a great weekend!
