We celebrated Sinterklaas yesterday...leaving out our Dutch klompen on Friday night for Sinterklaas to fill! And when we woke up, he had come...

The girls were excited to see all of the goodies. Emme already eating a kruidnootje.

New umbrellas!
Emme loves taai taais.
And a new littlest pet shop toy!
Hannah got one too!
As is our tradition, we then headed out in the afternoon to pick out our Christmas tree.
We found the perfect one.
A family affair to decorate the tree. Daddy does the lights, Mommy does the garland and bows, and the girls hang the ornaments (with a little help from Mommy). The finished product.
And finally, the lighting of the Christmas lights! It is beautiful!
The girls were both so excited to see the new additions this year!! (gotta love flips flops with a winter coat)
We love the holiday season!
