Tree Lighting and Library

The holiday season is upon us....

But first, a very quick, surprise morning with Nana before she headed to New Hampshire. Always a treat for the girls to see their Nana!

Then onto the holiday fun. Last night, we went to our town's tree lighting. And of course, as every year, cupcake decorating!

Santa Claus arrived by fire truck for the festivities. Joe got the girls so close that Santa even shook Hannah's hand. Poor Emme was riding on Joe's back in the Ergo so not to sure what her view was really like...

And then today, we got another chance to see the big guy at the library. Hannah was very excited. Emme...not so much (hence me being in all of the pictures).

Hannah had quite a conversation with Santa about what her and Emme wanted for Christmas. Hannah asked for a find the jewel treasure hunt game that she saw in a catalog and told Santa Emme didn't really care what she got.

After Santa was crafts, but because Hannah had some of her friends there that she hadn't seen in a while she just wanted to play.
