Class Field Trip to Shelburne Farm

This past Wednesday, Hannah's pre-k class went on an apple picking field trip to Shelburne Farm in nearby Stow, MA. Emme and I were lucky enough to tag along for the ride. Hannah's friend Davin rode in our car with us as did Miss Nancy, her teacher, which Hannah thought was very cool.

To start off the field trip "Mima" told us about apples and then read a story to the kids.

Next, a hayride to the apple orchards.

As usual, Emme just eats the apples when we go apple picking.

After apple picking, the children got apple cider doughnuts and apple cider for a snack.

And last, I couldn't resist posting this picture of Amelie and Emme. I was watching Amelie for my friend this morning and the girls were just too cute playing together with their baby dolls!
