Emme's fire station vist and more

 Last Thursday, Emme and her friends went to the fire station for a demonstration and tour.  All the kids minus Emme who did not want her picture taken.

 Demo of fire hose.  The kids each took a turn (if they wanted) to hold the hose.  Emme opted out.  She wasn't feeling the fireman love.

 One of the firemen put on all of his gear so that the kids know not to be scared of him should they ever see him in a building on fire...let's hope that never happens!

 And then as we were getting ready to leave, one of the engines got called out so we got to see the firemen suit up and then drive away with the sirens on.  Very eventful day at the fire station. 

 After the visit, Emme showing off her doll with the matching outfit.  This is not the doll Gramma got the outfit for, but it fit well enough...
