For New Year's Eve, we went into town to Frog Pond for some ice skating before dinner, parade, and fireworks.
Daddy and Hannah ice skating.

While Gramma, Emme, and Gramps watched from the sidelines. While we skated, they watched and then went for hot chocolate and some fun at the playground.

Mommy skating (in the green jacket).

When they were resurfacing the ice, Hannah made a new friend. They skated together for the rest of the time we were there.

Gramps and Emme watching for us.

Hannah and Emme with their fancy new "Happy New Year" tiaras (they lit up too).

Gramma, Gramps, and the girls.

We went to Scollay Square in Beacon Hill for an early dinner (we were pretty much the first ones there). Our server, Allison, really liked our girls because they reminded her of her and her sister so she asked to take a picture with them to show her mom (so we got a picture too).

Silly Hannah and Daddy.

After dinner, we went back to the Common to watch the parade and then fireworks. Gramma and Hannah waiting for the parade to start.

Watching the parade!

We had a great day in town. Joe and I even stayed up to midnight to celebrate the New Year. The girls and Gramma and Gramps were fast asleep!
