18 months old and 3 years!
Hannah just turned 18 months old and as her gift, I took her to the doctor today and she got 3 shots. As her gift to us for our 3rd anniversary, she cried the entire afternoon until bedtime and wouldn't stand on her own (the shots were in her thighs and apparently she was a little sore). The doctor said she is tall and thin for her age (I wish I could say the same) and everything is right on track. Every day is still something new for her and she's trying to talk so much more these days. She already says a few words but lately when I say something, she tries to mimic me.
Here are a few pictures from the actual day she turned 18 months old.

"Charlie kisses"On Sunday, our neighbors threw us a welcome to the neighborhood party. Even Louise, the woman we bought the house from, was there. It was really great and we got to meet a lot of our neighbors. On a side note, our neighbors are truly so friendly and thoughtful. Since we moved in, different neighbors have been bringing us flowers and goodie baskets over and introducing themselves but the party widened the scope of the neighborhood. We also found out that we are only the 3rd owners of the house. Mostly crazy since it's almost 100 years old.
And now today is Joe and my 3rd anniversary. Joe and I are going out this weekend to celebrate, but Hannah and I thought it would be nice to bake some brownies for him (and it allowed me a chance to sit her down and keep her busy for a few minutes).
